I just wanted to take a minute and share how appreciative I am of the Next Level Urgent Care benefit that Turner employees are offered. I took my daughter to the Beaumont facility at 7:30 pm last night as a precaution to have a sports injury checked out. When we arrived the waiting area was full, but the receptionist identified me as a Turner employee and didn’t even let us sit down. She immediately said, come straight to the back and the doctor will see you next. Within 5 minutes the doctor was there and they brought my daughter to get an X-ray. 15 minutes after that the X-ray was read, and we were told there was no fracture. In less than a hour we were headed home. I couldn’t believe it. This is such a great service, and hopefully all of our employees will take advantage of it!

I switched over to the Aetna whole health program this year and my son is on the long wait list to meet his new doctor to become an established patient. She is the only doctor on the insurance plan that is able to see him out of the Memorial Herman Southeast location (I live in La Porte). In January my son caught strep with pink eye, had a serious allergic reaction to the antibiotics, and then caught a bad case of RSV. Each time we needed to be seen I couldn’t get in with his doctor, but was easily able to get an appointment at Next Level Urgent Care. We never had to wait to be seen and they were very kind and thorough. Having this extra benefit has saved us a lot of stress and money since my only other option would have been treatment through a Memorial Herman ER. I highly recommended the benefit program to all my colleagues.

Tengo un buen médico de atención primaria, pero sus citas son dentro de 6 semanas, así que viví con mis problemas de oído. Me tomaron los signos vitales y poco después el DR me revisó los oídos. El oído derecho estaba bien, el oído izquierdo estaba tapado por usar tapones para los oídos. Rápidamente me limpiaron la oreja. Dijeron que ya habías terminado. La recepcionista saludó y dijo que tenga una buena tarde. Yo estaba fuera de allí a las 5 pm. Sin dinero de bolsillo. Muy satisfecho con este nuevo beneficio hasta el momento.

Next level is a great urgent care, especially the Cypress location. The care provider, Mei Lene Ranada, offered the best service to our family. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and being a prime member is a blessing. Thanks to (Houston plumber Local Union 68) especially in this time, we use this place anytime we need it. The appointment department is excellent, front desk people always kind and helpful, we never wait in line, the service is fast, and we are always their priority. We don’t need to go to emergency room and wait for hours any more and pay for expensive services. Next level is always there for us, it is the best option for our family and if you have prime, you will be happy for the rest of your life.

Gracias a Laura por ser mi animadora favorita. Me acaban de repetir los análisis y es posible que mires esos resultados y veas lo que ella me ayudó a lograr, además de dejar atrás el Morbidly O'Beast Club. ¡Mi HemA1C bajó más de medio punto! ¡Solo tengo cosas buenas que decir sobre Next Level y su servicio!

Mi esposa llevó a mi hija ayer a que la vieran. Llamó al número PRIME y dejó un mensaje y le devolvieron la llamada en 5 minutos. Se hizo una cita rápidamente. Llegaron y entraron y salieron en aproximadamente una hora. A ella realmente le gusta el doctor y realmente le gusta la instalación. A ella y a mi hija también se les ofreció agua y bocadillos al llegar.

La paciente era mi hija y la clínica estaba en 3083 en Conroe. Esta fue, con diferencia, la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un consultorio médico en mucho tiempo. ¡Gracias!

It’s official. I am a huge fan of this service! I had a minor accident on Saturday, ended up going in for 5 stitches, and it cost me nothing. I wish we had this available when my kids were younger. It would have saved both money and a lot of the worry we used to have about deciding to go to urgent care or waiting to see our kids’ pediatrician.
