I just wanted to take a minute and share how appreciative I am of the Next Level Urgent Care benefit that Turner employees are offered. I took my daughter to the Beaumont facility at 7:30 pm last night as a precaution to have a sports injury checked out. When we arrived the waiting area was full, but the receptionist identified me as a Turner employee and didn’t even let us sit down. She immediately said, come straight to the back and the doctor will see you next. Within 5 minutes the doctor was there and they brought my daughter to get an X-ray. 15 minutes after that the X-ray was read, and we were told there was no fracture. In less than a hour we were headed home. I couldn’t believe it. This is such a great service, and hopefully all of our employees will take advantage of it!

I switched over to the Aetna whole health program this year and my son is on the long wait list to meet his new doctor to become an established patient. She is the only doctor on the insurance plan that is able to see him out of the Memorial Herman Southeast location (I live in La Porte). In January my son caught strep with pink eye, had a serious allergic reaction to the antibiotics, and then caught a bad case of RSV. Each time we needed to be seen I couldn’t get in with his doctor, but was easily able to get an appointment at Next Level Urgent Care. We never had to wait to be seen and they were very kind and thorough. Having this extra benefit has saved us a lot of stress and money since my only other option would have been treatment through a Memorial Herman ER. I highly recommended the benefit program to all my colleagues.

I downloaded the app after the last business meeting (Tuesday). My left ear has been bothering me for months. I have a good primary care physician, but his appointments are 6 weeks out, so I just lived with my ear problems. Wednesday around 11am I hit the orange button on the app and called Next Level. I told them my name and information. They had several appointments within a couple hours at the Pearland location. I set a appointment for 4:15 pm. I arrived around 4pm, they checked me in and I filled out some normal medical history and information. They never asked about my insurance. They let me in at 4:15. They took my vitals and shortly afterwards the DR looked at my ears. Right ear was fine, left ear was plugged from wearing ear plugs. They quickly cleaned out my ear. They said you're all done. The receptionist waved and said have a nice afternoon. I was out of there by 5pm. No money out of pocket. Very satisfied with this new benefit so far.

Next level is a great urgent care, especially the Cypress location. The care provider, Mei Lene Ranada, offered the best service to our family. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and being a prime member is a blessing. Thanks to (Houston plumber Local Union 68) especially in this time, we use this place anytime we need it. The appointment department is excellent, front desk people always kind and helpful, we never wait in line, the service is fast, and we are always their priority. We don’t need to go to emergency room and wait for hours any more and pay for expensive services. Next level is always there for us, it is the best option for our family and if you have prime, you will be happy for the rest of your life. 

Just watched the video from Next Level’s Health Coach Laura. She’s getting me back on track and I’m ready to start to plan my New Year intentions now, wish me luck! Thanks to Laura for being my favorite cheerleader. I just had my labs repeated and you might look at those results and see what she helped me accomplish, other than just leaving behind the Morbidly O’Beast Club. My HemA1C dropped over half a point! I have nothing but good things to say about Next Level and their service!

My wife took my daughter yesterday to be seen. She called the PRIME number and left a message and was called back within 5 minutes. An appointment was made quickly. They arrived and in and out in about an hour. She really like the doctor and really like the facility. She and my daughter were also offered water and snacks upon arrival.

Patient was my daughter, and the clinic was 3083 in Conroe. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any medical office in a long time. Thank you!

It’s official. I am a huge fan of this service! I had a minor accident on Saturday, ended up going in for 5 stitches, and it cost me nothing. I wish we had this available when my kids were younger. It would have saved both money and a lot of the worry we used to have about deciding to go to urgent care or waiting to see our kids’ pediatrician.

League City Next Level is the best! I take my family here for wellness checks and times of illness. The providers and nurses are attentive and kind.

Virtual Visit, Conroe Clinic (FM 3083) Everyone, providers, nurses, and coaches, at both the virtual and physical clinic has been wonderful. The Care Navigators have also been fantastic! They all deserve the 5/5 rating! Please keep up the amazing work! I have been blown away so far and appreciate all of the care provided.

I love being a prime member with next level. Everyone is always caring and understanding, especially Mei Ranada, she is the easiest to talk to about anything! I never feel rushed to end the appointment and always have my questions answered.
